"Clear billing, no weird surprises"
I used xrentdvd.com for a few rentals. The billing was clear. The price I saw was the price I paid. I could also see the dates and amounts without digging around.
I’ve used other sites where random charges show up later. That did not happen here. No hidden fees hit my card. It was simple and straightforward, which I liked.

"Privacy looks mostly fine at first glance"
My quick take: the privacy settings seem okay overall, but they’re not exactly crystal clear. I didn’t see anything that felt like a major red flag right away, but I do wish the options were easier to understand without having to poke around.

"I ordered from XRentDVD and the packaging was..."
I ordered from XRentDVD and the packaging was the best part. It showed up in a plain box with no weird labels or anything that would make it obvious, which I really appreciated. The rest was kind of hit or miss though. Shipping took a bit longer than I expected, and the tracking updates weren’t very clear. Not a bad experience, just not anything amazing either.

"So many DVDs to choose from!!!"
I was surprised by how many DVDs they had!!! Found some old favorites and newer movies easily too!!!

"Pretty easy to use"
I don’t remember every little step, but I do remember finding what I needed quickly. The site was simple enough to move around, the pages loaded fine, and checkout didn’t make me stop and figure things out. Some parts looked a little outdated, I think, but it worked well enough for what I needed

The monthly price feels fair. I was expecting it to be a bit higher, especially compared to some of the other similar services I looked at, so it ended up being cheaper than I thought

"The queue has been surprisingly easy"
I don’t remember every little thing I’ve rented, but I do remember the queue being way less of a hassle than I expected. Moving DVDs around is simple, and they usually ship in the order I set them. If I change my mind, it’s easy to swap things around. I can’t think of any major problems I’ve had with it, which is probably a good sign. It just makes the whole renting thing feel a lot less annoying.

"Discs were in surprisingly good shape"
I got my order from xrentdvd.com i mostly just cared about the disc condition when I opened it. I checked for cracks, sticky spots, and anything that looked like it might mess with playback, and they were way cleaner than I expected. There were only a couple tiny marks, but nothing serious. I popped them in my player and they ran fine with no skipping. Overall, I’m happy with what I got

"Faster shipping than I’m used to"
I ordered from xrentdvd.com and was surprised by how quickly it showed up. I’ve ordered from a few similar sites before and usually expect to wait a bit longer, so getting my DVD earlier than expected was a nice change. The package arrived in good shape and delivery was smooth with no issues. Simple order overall, and compared to some competitors, the shipping was definitely faster. Can’t really complain.

"I sent my DVD back and..."
I sent my DVD back and wasn’t sure if I’d done everything right, but the return got marked as processed way quicker than I expected. I didn’t have to chase anyone or sit around waiting for days. Simple overall, and I definitely appreciated that.

"Pretty good selection, with a few misses"
I’ve been using XRentDVD mostly because they have a bunch of titles I don’t usually find on other rental sites. Older movies, random TV seasons, and some less popular stuff were actually available, which was a nice surprise.
That said, not everything I looked for was there, and a couple titles showed up as unavailable when I wanted to rent them. Overall though, the selection is solid. I’d give it 4 stars since it’s really useful, just not perfect...

"Surprisingly quick support"
I had a question about my order, so I sent them a message even though I didn’t expect much. I’m usually skeptical of customer service because it feels like you either get ignored or sent some copy-paste answer, but they actually replied fast.
What surprised me most was that they answered the actual question without making it harder than it needed to be. It was simple, no back-and-forth nonsense, and I didn’t have to sit around waiting forever.

"Playback has been solid for me"
I don’t have the patience for videos that skip, freeze, or make me restart things, so I’m glad this has just played normally for me. No weird pauses or issues so far.

I remember opening it up and feeling that little bit of relief you get when something actually matches what you hoped for. It wasn’t fancy or over-the-top, but for what I paid, it felt totally worth it. i still think it was a good value.
